Combine the honey, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil and ginger in a Ziploc bag and add the chicken.
Shake the bag, ensuring the chicken is covered evenly in the marinade.
Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Preheat the grill to medium high and grill the chicken until it is cooked through.
Discard the marinade to avoid food contamination.
If you prefer to make a sauce with the marinade, add a cup of water to it and boil it for 5 minutes.
This will kill any bacteria from the raw chicken.
