Ingredients -
1 tablespoon lemon juice
⅔ cup ketchup
⅓ cup steak sauce
3 tablespoons honey
Few drops Tabasco sauce
4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Preheat grill to a medium high heat.
Mix the lemon juice, steak sauce, ketchup, honey, and Tabasco sauce together to make the barbeque sauce.
Brush the barbeque sauce over the chicken and then broil or grill it for 8 to 10 minutes over a medium hot grill, or until it is cooked through.
Add salt and pepper to taste and serve hot with French fries or potato salad on the side.
Coleslaw is another tasty accompaniment and a green salad goes well too.
