Ingredients -
4 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
3 tablespoons apricot preserves
⅓ cup Grey Poupon honey mustard
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Preparation:
Combine the preserves and ginger with the mustard, then brush this mixture on to the boneless chicken pieces.
Broil or grill the chicken for about 9 minutes per side or until it is cooked through.
Use the mustard mixture to baste the chicken a few times as it cooks.
