Ingredients -
4 chicken breast halves, no bones or skin
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
11 oz can mandarin orange segments, drained
⅓ cup hoi sin sauce
¼ cup all purpose flour
¼ cup chopped cashew nuts
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
⅓ cup orange juice
Preparation:
Put the flour in a bowl, and then dredge the chicken in it.
Heat the butter with the oil in a skillet over a medium heat.
