Ingredients -
 
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs
6 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices cooked ham
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Parsley to garnish
 
Preparation:
 

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and coat a 7 x 11 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray or oil.

Pound the chicken breasts until they are ¼ inch thick.

Sprinkle salt and pepper over them and put a cheese slice and a ham slice on each breast.

Roll the chicken breasts up and secure them with toothpicks.

Put the chicken in a baking dish and sprinkle the breadcrumbs evenly over the top.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.

Remove it from the oven and put ½ slice cheese on each breast.

Return to the oven for 5 minutes or until the cheese has melted.

Remove the toothpicks, slice each chicken breast into 3 pieces so you can see the fillings and serve hot with potatoes and vegetables and parsley to garnish.
