Ingredients -
2 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
1 tablespoon olive oil
9 oz cooked spinach fettuccine
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
15 oz marinara sauce
Handful shredded parmesan, to serve
Black pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Cut the chicken breast halves into bite-sized pieces.
Heat the oil over a medium high heat in a skillet and add the bell pepper and chicken.
Cook, stirring all the time, for 3 minutes.
Stir in the marinara sauce and cook for 4 minutes more or until the chicken is cooked.
Serve the chicken marinara over hot fettuccine with the parmesan and black pepper.
