Ingredients -
2 cups boneless, cooked, bite-size chicken pieces
1 bunch of steamed broccoli
1 yellow summer squash
1 cup button mushrooms
1 cup milk
8 oz cream cheese
⅓ cup sour cream
⅓ cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup (4 oz) cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation:
Spray the crock pot with nonstick cooking spray.
Heat everything except the chicken and broccoli in a pan over a medium heat.
Stir frequently to blend the cheeses.
Layer half the broccoli in the crockpot, followed by half the chicken then the squash and mushrooms and half the sauce.
Repeat these layers.
Cook on a low heat for 6 to 8 hours.
Stir gently and serve.
