6 chicken breast halves, no skin, cooked and diced
½ cup diced red apple, not peeled
1 cup chopped celery
1 teaspoon curry powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ cup coarsely chopped pecans
2 tablespoons raisins
½ cup to 1 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon cider vinegar
Pinch cayenne
½ teaspoon black pepper
