Ingredients -
4 chicken breast halves, boneless and skinless
1 cup salsa
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
4 teaspoons taco seasoning mix
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Lightly grease a 13 x 9 inch baking dish and add the chicken breasts to it.
Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the chicken, on both sides, and then pour salsa over it.
Bake for about half an hour or until the chicken is cooked through.
Sprinkle the cheddar over the top and bake for another few minutes or until the cheese is bubbling hot.
Top with the sour cream and serve.
