Ingredients -
4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
½ cup melted butter
¾ cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon garlic salt
6 oz crushed, crispy fried onion sprinkles
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix together the mustard, butter, garlic salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce in a shallow dish.
Roll the chicken breasts in this mixture, and then coat it with the crispy onions.
Put it in a baking pan, topping it with any onions that didn't stick.
Drizzle the rest of the butter mixture over the top and bake for about half an hour or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
