Ingredients -
4 chicken breast halves, no bones or skin
½ cup butter
2 eggs
½ teaspoon garlic salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
Beat the eggs in one bowl and put the Ritz crumbs in another.
Add the garlic salt and black pepper to the cracker crumbs.
Dip the chicken breasts in the eggs first and then in the Ritz crumb mixture.
Transfer the coated chicken pieces to a baking dish and dot pieces of the butter around it.
Bake until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
This will take about 40 minutes.
